“A Trust Earned” by Diana Castilleja is dedicated to every romantic thought that one could have.Bram is an overworked doctor who is yearning for something different in his life.
Enter one Selene Aiza who has an offer for Bram that he cannot refuse. Selene is a doctor/administer who has huge secrets that she hopes that she can share with Bram. Can Bram handle the truth that comes with Selene.
I loved the story from the first page. The chemistry between Selene and Bram is explosive from the very first page. This gifted writer will differently be another Danielle Steele if she continues to write with as much passion as Steele does.
Temptations, secrets and romance abound in this novel. Diana Castilleja has a romantic side to her that every woman would love to have and to enjoin with their own relationships!

The Company You Keep by Penelope Marzec offers an exciting spin on cursed spirits and demons. The portal, which when opened will unleash havoc on the world, is protected by a cursed spirit.Jennifer does not want to sell her farm because of the hindrance the portal poises when it is opened because it will release demons upon her family. Kidnapping, demons and cursed spirits abound in this tale of paranormal romance.
The action starts immediately and the storyline will keep you enticed.Ms. Marzec continues to keep you attached to the story by her drama packed demonic and spirit filled tale along with the underlying love story.I found that Ms. Marzec’s paranormal romance kept my attention throughout this novel from the very first chapter.I highly recommend this paranormal romance to those interested in demons, spirits, adventure and love.Penelope Marzec hits the mark dead on!

In “Irons in the Fire” by Penelope Marzec you will find a typical romance situation where the woman doesn’t want the man but finally falls for him.In regards to the “paranormal” part it seems lacking in the details of having psychic powers.I found the first almost 40 pages detailing many meals and various foods which, in my opinion, would be too much about food and not enough to set up the storyline.I expected a little more to come from this story but found it severely lacking enough subject matter to grasp this reviewer’s attention.
Although written well enough to maintain your attention to find out about the “paranormal” story it really isn’t much to read in the storyline. Maybe this reviewer missed the gist of the story but it took a long time to set it up and frankly I didn’t want to be bored that long.
The author does have exciting conversations within the story and some very descriptive details. As far as paranormal romance it took a long time to get to this and I feel that anyone reading paranormal romances expects to find something about it within the first 50 pages that would grasp their attention and keep it excitingly different. This author did not do that.

Predetermined Endings is the much awaited sequel to Altered Beginnings by Destiny Booze. It is the continuing saga involving the characters from the first book with emphasis on William Pierce and Angelica Chappell, who have found a cure for cancer but someone has tampered with the drug.It is up to the gang to find out who tampered with the drug before innocent people die.
Although overall it was a good book I found it lacking in some of the scenes with William and Angelica. I also would have liked to have seen more of Jason and Leigh in this book. This reviewer felt that the author’s first book Altered Beginnings was a better read that kept you on the edge of your seat from beginning to end!
