Wild Heart written by Shannon Nicole Wells was a wonderful story of families brought together by love and death in the 1880’s. Ms. Wells has a wonderful way of taking you to the edge of your seat as you root for the good guys and pray that the couples involved find the love that they are so deserving of. The portrayal of the Shewana finding Christ brought this reviewer to tears and was totally unexpected given the circumstances.
Wild Heart is a good story and with a competent editor, could have been a great read. I will definitely look for future books from this very gifted and talented author.

Journey to Forgiveness Laurean Brooks
In “Journey to Forgiveness” by Lauren Brooks, Jennifer Hinson meets Austin Grant on the way to her Aunt Violet’s house. Jenny mistakenly thinks that Austin was stealing her luggage when in fact he was just trying to return it to her. She keeps thinking ill of him when she thinks he is stealing from the congregation.Jenny learns how not to pass judgment against men and learns how to forgive in this heart warming tale.
I found this book to have warm and caring characters that seemed to jump off the pages and into my heart. It is a great book for anyone that loves Christian Romance as much as I do.

Rightfully Mine: God's Equal Rights Amendment Aggie Villaneuva
In Rightfully Mine: God’s Equal Rights Amendment by Aggie Villanueva writes about a young woman named Rizapah who fights for what she believes in whether it is her inheritance or her right to love the man she thinks she wants. I like that the setting of the book is set at the time that Israel, as a tribe, is about to cross the Jordan into the promised land that God has given them and it explores a little about life back then. But mainly I loved reading how Rizapah fights to change the law that does not allow women to have an inheritance in that era. This reviewer liked the book so much that she is buying it as a Christmas gift for a family member. **** 4 stars

Salvation Bride written by Anna Kathryn Lanier was a delight to read. Predictable as it was, I still found myself hoping that love would prevail and Sheriff Slade would put aside his stubbornness and just tell Laura how he felt. The twists and turns Ms. Lanier put her characters through were believable and I found myself smiling and happy at the end.
Ms. Lanier is a gifted writer with characters that make you laugh, cry and even make you angry. I, for one, will look for more books written by Ms. Lanier, so, grab a cup and sit a spell with Salvation Bride, this reviewer guarantees you won’t be disappointed.
